We will worship together, in new ways!
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, all St. John’s activities are taking place online. For everyone’s safety, there are no in-person activities at church at this time. Updates will be posted on this page and emailed to members. To find out more about current children and youth activities, please email Amy McGrew.

The nursery is often the first experience of church for our youngest members. For this reason we make every effort to offer a clean, cheerful and welcoming environment with high quality childcare so that children know from the earliest age that church is a place where they are loved, safe and respected.
At St. John’s we take the safety of children, youth, and adults, very seriously. Because of this, everyone who works directly with children, youth and adults, is required to complete the Safe Church training offered by the Episcopal Church in Minnesota.  For more information on the Safe Church training you can visit the Episcopal Church in Minnesota’s website here.

Our nursery workers are here Sundays from 8:45 am-12:30 pm. The nursery is open to newborns through age 5. It is located in lower level beneath the Parish Hall.

Children & Youth Ministry

We realize that raising children is a communal affair and take seriously our role as stewards of the next generation. We do this by teaching them the basics of faith, exposing them to diverse and stimulating ideas, giving them opportunities to serve, keeping them safe, but most of all, by nurturing their God-given gifts and interests.
