Dear St. John’s community,
On behalf of the Stewardship Committee, I want to give you heartfelt thanks for your generous outpouring of support for the St. John’s community through your pledges, and our efforts to Strengthen Our Connections despite all that divides us in today’s world. Many of you were able to maintain or even increase your pledges for next year, for which we are so grateful! Some of you needed to decrease your pledge, which we anticipated given this pandemic, and which makes us even more grateful for what you were able to provide. For those who have not yet had the chance to make your pledge, we’d greatly appreciate you doing so as soon as you are able so that we can thoughtfully plan for the coming year. We are committed to following Jesus’ Way of Love, supporting this through all aspects of our common life—creating robust worship, spiritual growth and justice opportunities for adults and children—and now, following the Spirit’s leading, also centering the work of racial justice and healing in our community.
Thank you with all our hearts for your pledge, your presence, and your engagement in God’s mission as it is expressed at St. John’s.
